We practise traditional Shotokan Karate are affiliated with the HDKI

Our classes are run by Sensei Paul Dowell 6th Dan.

Paul has been training for over 40 years and has extensive experience with national and international competition.

He has also taught countless students from beginner through to dan grade and helped prepare them for competition. Paul is also a qualified grading examiner.
